Frogman VC

I still do not know why Ian Fraser chose to settle in Wallasey, where he became a JP and something of a local celebrity. Perhaps I will get round to reading his autobiography, Frogman VC some day and find out. Anyway, today is the centenary of his birth and an opportunity to celebrate one of the most daring and dangerous feats of the second world war.
