Welsh rail and road plans delayed

There was supposed to be a statement in the Senedd yesterday, but this is what was on the offiical web site:

Likely, or it just maybe that the wrong leaves were on the line.

The line more likely to be affected is the one between the Senedd building and no. 11 Downing Street.
