PFI is Phffft
This posting (http://peterblack.blogspot.com/2010/08/going-private.html) emphasises that the Welsh decision not to go down the PFI/PPP route for public services was a joint one by Labour and the Liberal Democrats in coalition. It also points the way to a healthier scheme for the involvement of non-government bodies in social enterprise.

Why has Jenny Randerson spent the last three years attacking the current Assembly Government for NOT using PFI?
Not so much a group... more a bag of ferrets!
Peter is right. Jenny is wrong. Is it it to much to ask that a group of six members is at least semi- coherent?
