Is this a mayoral record?

Three of the four top honorary posts in Neath Port Talbot in the year 2009-10 will be filled by women. Mrs Pam Thomas has appointed as her mayoress her daughter, and only deputy mayor Lella James' consort prevents it being a clean sweep.

Has this happened in a principal authority in Wales before?

Shame they don't have women in Senior management positions within the Council not just the elected representatives

Unfortunately Frank, the KPI on the Wales Government Data Unit for the number of Women in Senior Mgt Positions within the 22 LA in Wales has been removed, I wonder why?
